Be Mine Alpha Freebie

This morning, we had some terrible weather...I woke up to it around 3:30 when I was checking on
my youngest son, Joshua. He is 11 months and is teething again. He now has 8 teeth, and is not
happy about 3 of them coming in at the same time....poor thing. And on top of that, my 6 year old
son awoke last night to what sounded like the whooping cough. I am praying that he will have
a quick recovery from whatever he has, and that the little one's teeth will hurry and break through
 and the  pain will subside. In the meantime, I was able to make a small Be Mine Alpha to go with
the Be Mine Mini Kit series while Joshua is napping, and Ethan is watching his favorite cartoon,
Kippur. I hope you enjoy it and pray that you will all have a positive blessed day today!

Be Mine Mini Kit 3 Freebie

Wow, I am so encouraged by all the love you are leaving me...Thanks so much for that! I finished
getting the last part of the Be Mine Kit series ready and I am hoping you all like it as much as
the first two.....I think this last one is my favorite, I love the colors. In the next few weeks, I will
be working on a Birthday kit for my son, Joshua, who is having his 1st birthday Feb. 17....I wanna
have it ready before then, so I will be feverishly working on it (which is basically only during his
nap time) and hope to have it on here as soon as I can! So check back, I'll also be trying to put

Be Mine Mini Kit 2 Freebie

Well, I finished polishing up the second part of three mini kits....I hope you all like it. I actually
extracted the string in this kit, I think I did a pretty good job.It is so hard for me to extract, that in
the last kit (Be Mine Mini Kit 1) I actually decided to try my hand at making my own string from
a simple doodle. I couldn't find tutorials on making strings in photoshop elements ANYWHERE!
I did find a simple one on a graphics website, but it was for rope and wasn't exactly what I
 was looking for, however, the tutorial did introduce me to the "halftone" pattern, which I played
with along with other blending options for "literally" 3 days, until I wound up with something
that KINDA resembled a string. More like a playdough string, but it still looked good enough
for me. Its something I would use myself, so, I thought I'd include it. It is in the 1st kit, its the
reddish pink string...Please, tell me what you think of it, and what else I could possibly do
to make better strings if you know!! Well, I hope you enjoy this kit, I certainly do enjoy making

Finally....Be Mine Mini Kit 1 Freebie

Well, I finished my Valentines Kit, and just in time for the month of Febuary. It turned out to be
really big, ok, so not as big as the kits you see in the digi scrap stores (how do they do that anyway,
it would take me FOREVER).  I'm not that good at jumbling all the elements together in a preview,
 when I try, mine just looks like someone threw up elements all over some papers....not very uniform
 and neat at all....so  I decided to break it up into 3 smaller kits. The smaller, the better, you can actually
tell what some of the elements look like, and its easier for me...maybe I'll get better in that area some
day...Anyway, I am posting the first one "Be Mine Mini Kit 1" today, and maybe will get to the other
two in the next couple of days....As always, leave some love, and let me know what you think of

CU Doodled Photo Corner Freebie!

Ok, so I am trying out new things and yesterday I decided to try my hand at a little doodling.

I wound up with some really cute photo corners and decided I would make them in several

different colors. Some of them are in some great Valentines colors, others just colors I like

to use. I am at the moment still working on my Valentines Kit, "Be Mine" and will polish it

Break From Designing

Well, I just started down the road to designing only to have to pull over and take a break
from it for a while. Maybe some time this year, I'll have time to play with it some more as I
think I have so much to offer in the world of digital scrapping bliss! I am just starting to get
good at it, but sometimes, life turns and you have to just go with it. I am praying for a Jesus
Filled New Year and have a feeling God is doing something great in my life right now, I
certainly can't ignore it....and am truly excited about it! I just hope it will include designing
a little here and there:)    Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!

I'm In The Twilight Zone...

It seems as if life is throwing me a LOT of curve balls lately, more like I am in a batting cage without a bat! With the Holidays coming, getting the house ready, a 9 month old in "separation anxiety" mode, a 5 year old with WAY too much energy, my girls and their busy lives, my husband and myself having chronic fatigue, going on 5 years now,lol....oh, and now I have a sinus AND ear infection on top of everything else....
So, the only designing I'm doing lately is how the blankets color coordinate on the bed as I'm climbing in....
Maybe after the Holidays, things will settle down and I can MAYBE finish up these most adorable little kits I have started a week or two ago...I hoped I would have them done in time for Christmas, as I really want to use them for my Christmas pics. this year...I have 3 of them I am starting. One is an adorable Baby's First Christmas kit for a baby girl, one for a baby boy, and then I could not resist a Country Christmas kit. We are having a Country Christmas this year at our house, so I wanted a coordinating kit...I am praying that Jesus will have Grace and Mercy on me and maybe I can get it done with everything else going on, but ultimately, His will be done!
